This includes, but is not limited to, the purchase and use of Chargers, account management, and accessing information on charging stations.
Prohibited Uses:
- Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any activities that may:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations. - Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Krismobility or third parties. - Interfere with the proper functioning of the services. - Compromise the security or integrity of the services. - Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
Charger Usage (if applicable):
- Users who have purchased Chargers are granted the right to use the Charger for personal use only. Chargers owned by Krismobility for charging services are to be used in accordance with the terms specified during the charging process.
Compliance with Laws:
- Users agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Krismobility is not responsible for any violation of laws by users in their use of the services.
Modifications to Services:

- Users are responsible for providing and maintaining the necessary equipment and internet connectivity to access the services. Krismobility is not responsible for any technical issues or limitations on user devices.

However, users agree that any such feedback or suggestions provided become the property of Krismobility and may be used without any obligation to the user. 5. Charging Services

- Krismobility provides charging services through its Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger platform. This section outlines the terms and conditions specific to the usage of Chargers, whether purchased by users or owned by Krismobility for charging services.
Charger Ownership:
- Chargers may be purchased by users for personal use. Krismobility may also own and operate charging stations for public use. Users are granted the right to use Chargers they have purchased, and Chargers owned by Krismobility are to be used in accordance with the terms specified during the charging process.
Charging Sessions:
- Users may initiate charging sessions through the Krismobility platform, subject to the availability of charging stations. The terms and conditions of each charging session, including pricing, duration, and any additional terms, will be communicated to users before initiating the charging process.
Payment and Billing:
- Users agree to pay the applicable fees for charging services as communicated during the charging session. Pricing may vary based on factors such as charging duration, power usage, and any promotions or discounts in effect. Payment information provided by users must be accurate and current.
Availability of Charging Stations:
- Krismobility strives to maintain the availability and functionality of charging stations. However, users acknowledge that charging stations may not always be available, and Krismobility is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss resulting from the unavailability of charging stations.
Charging Etiquette:
- Users agree to follow charging etiquette and adhere to any guidelines or instructions provided by Krismobility or posted at charging stations. This includes but is not limited to prompt disconnection of vehicles after charging
is complete and not monopolizing charging stations. Liability for Damages:
- Users are responsible for any damages caused to Chargers or charging stations due to their negligence or willful misconduct. Users agree to report any issues or damages promptly to Krismobility. - Krismobility is not responsible for any damage caused to electric vehicles due to incorrect charging by the user
Termination of Charging Services:
- Krismobility reserves the right to terminate or suspend charging services for any user violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior at charging stations.
Dispute Resolution for Charging Services:
- In the event of any disputes related to charging services, users agree to follow the dispute resolution mechanisms outlined in the "Governing Law and Dispute Resolution" section of these Terms and Conditions. By utilizing charging services provided by Krismobility, users acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this section.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Content:
- All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, provided on the Krismobility' Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger platform, is the exclusive property of Krismobility or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Trademarks:
- The trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Trademarks") used and displayed on the Krismobility platform are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Krismobility. Users may not use any Trademarks without the prior written consent of Krismobility.
User Content:
- By submitting or uploading any content to the Krismobility platform, users grant Krismobility a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any form, medium, or technology.
Use Restrictions:
- Users agree not to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content on the Krismobility platform without the express written consent of Krismobility. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws and result in legal action.

- Users are solely responsible for the User Content they submit, and they affirm that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit such content.
